Eye witness said the bike man carrying the boy was trying to overtake the tipper from the left hand side, unkownly to the bike man tipper was moving with out breaks. when the bike man was stucked betweem the tipper and water way the boy fell under the tipper. OMG........... the boys head was smashed into pieces.
uniform men are still on scene while the tipper and the man have taking to the nearest police station..
