She’s a Musclemania Fitness Pro and Figure Competitor, Fitness Model, Former Houston Cheerleader, Personal Trainer, a Nurse that want African ladies to grasp wellness and reject extreme fat. What do you think about this hottie?

Background: I was a part of a fitness dance team called Fitness Angels. We performed fitness routines at bodybuilding competitions. I initially wasn't interested in competing because I felt like the diets were too extreme. I called them an extreme version of yo-yo dieting and I wanted to remain a natural athlete. I had friends who felt that I had the potential to do well as a fitness competitor and told me that many natural organizations exist. After becoming a certified personal trainer, I finally decided to put myself up to the challenge.
Dieting: My diet changes quiet a bit for me because I am a self-proclaimed carb-o-holic. I love sugar and bread which makes me look like a walking oxymoron but the truth is that I keep things in moderation. During competition season my diet is high protein with carb cycling and has given me great results. My nutrition coach and I discovered that I can tolerate higher carbs on my re-feed, so I look forward to seeing what may take place this upcoming season.
I have tried the super low carb plans before and they didn't work for me because they affected my energy levels severely. I was at risk for injury because I continued to train very hard. As a nurse I work 12 hour shifts and the lack of energy had me so fatigued, that after work I would almost fall asleep at the wheel driving to the gym. I told me coaches that something needed to change because competing was not worth taking my life. Adjustments were made and a better diet was formulated to allow training and reduce fatigue.

Supplements - I tried taking a thermogenic before, however I didn't like the side effects I experienced. I stopped taking them and didn't take anything else that was aimed at weight loss specifically. I took supplements that aimed at helping with muscle recovery but that's about it.
The components of my weight training program consisted of developing muscle that hadn't matured at the same rate of some of my other muscle groups. I worked out daily and ensured that I did some of the harder, heavier workouts when my carb load was higher, so that I can endure the training. My coach knows that I will not do endless hours of cardio so my workouts consists of HIIT training so that I burn calories more efficiently.
